Before we start with the detailed review of the Million Vegas casino, let me briefly describe my overall experience from betting on this website, so that you know what to expect. I still recommend reading the full review if you are considering Million Vegas as a place for your bets, as this casino is not as simple as it seems at first glance.
To sum up this part, Million Vegas casino is great when it comes to winnings and safe when it comes to withdrawals. But is it just as good in other aspects? Let’s see.
I came up with the 6-step casino testing system and now use it every time I need to evaluate a gambling website. It allows me to cover all the quality aspects and not miss an important thing. So, here are the evaluation criteria I used for testing Million Vegas casino and many other online casinos as well.
While many players start their way into an online casino by creating the account, I start by scrolling down to see whether the casino has any licensing information and which institution issued the license. If there is nothing about it on the bottom of the website, I wouldn’t even bother to make all the next steps.
Million Vegas didn’t let me down at this point. The casino is licensed by Curacao eGaming, and all the licensing details are available by clicking on the license logo.
Unfortunately, the license logo was the only logo I found on the Million Vegas website. No testing certificates, no information about data encryption, that’s it. It’s not a huge red flag for me as it sometimes happens even with the best casinos, but it’s a sign that I need to pay extra attention to other aspects.
When it comes to payment options in Million Vegas, I’ve got some good news and bad news. The good news is, the choice of deposit options here is more than decent, and you’ll likely have no issues finding something you can use.
The bad news is, things get much worse when it comes to withdrawals (which is no surprise - I face it almost every time I test a new casino). Million Vegas will be perfect for you if you are okay with cashing out the wins using Bitcoin or a bank transfer, but if you prefer e-wallets — there won’t be anything for you to make use of.
I love to grab the free stuff from online casinos, but only if I’m 100% okay with the bonus terms, which was not the case with the Million Vegas welcome package. While a new player can get a nice $2000 deposit match here, they will need to wager both the deposit and the bonus amount at least 35 times, which is quite hard to do, especially if you are playing in several casinos like me and can’t devote yourself to a single website.
Besides, you are not allowed to use the bonus money for poker bets, and as you already know, my goal that day was the Jacks or Better poker from Microgaming.
Million Vegas also offers quite a good cashback bonus every Monday, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it as well as I was testing the casino on Friday, and waiting for three more days was not an option for me.
Million Vegas is not the most impressive online casino in terms of game choice, but it definitely doesn’t disappoint. There are around 800 titles on the list, including slots from the famous providers, live-dealer games, card games, Roulette, and so on. There is a filter to sort through game providers as well as the special game selections for those who can’t decide what to play — if you are in doubt, just pick a slot machine from “Top Games” or “New Games”.
As you know, I usually test online casinos using my iPhone as it allows me to test the mobile version of the website, but this time, I had to switch to the desktop version soon after I started making bets in Million Vegas. The casino owners definitely need to invest more money and time into the mobile compatibility of the website, as it’s simply impossible to use without being constantly irritated by bugs and sudden log-offs.
You’ll notice that some of the screenshots in this review were made from a desktop version and some from a mobile one as I really tried to give a chance to Million Vegas mobile casino, but those attempts definitely failed.
I’m ending the Million Vegas testing with a few words about its customer support which, to be honest, has left quite an ambiguous impression. On the one hand, the customer support member was friendly and ready to help. My questions were answered quickly as well. But the thing is, that friendly operator wasn’t really aware of who made the game I asked him about, and I noticed several errors which led me to the thought that CS members are not native speakers. It’s definitely not the worst thing that can happen to an online casino, but keep it in mind if you are overly-sensitive about English grammar.
You might also want to know that Million Vegas is a great casino if you like to combine regular online gambling with online sports betting. It offers a bunch of sports betting opportunities including live betting, betting on virtual and e-sports, football betting, tennis betting, and so on.
I didn’t test these opportunities myself as I’m not a big fan of sports betting, but it looks like Million Vegas knows its job in this case.
I have to admit that it was quite difficult for me to write a conclusion about Million Vegas. On the one hand, this casino is safe, reliable, and well-paying. I didn’t have any issues with my withdrawals, and getting the money is usually a player’s top priority.
On the other hand, I was shocked by how bad the mobile version of the website was, and customer support quality remains wanting as well. So, I’d say Million Vegas is a good online casino for those who don’t make their bets on the go and those who don’t expect that a customer support operator will know everything about anything.
